Exciting opportunity to join our growing team in our new office located in Ipswich, Epph are looking for an experienced, enthusiast and highly motivated individual to become out new administrator joining our already very successful team. 

Some of the role requirements.

  • General administration 
  • Responsible for Uniform and branding
  • Answering incoming calls 
  • Fleet management
  • Providing assistive support to office staff in general 
  • Ensure all filing up to date
  • Certificates and accreditation updates

You must have

  • Confidence in dealing with busy working office environments 
  • Previous experience as administrator preferably within the construction environment 
  • Approachable personality 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and ability to work with people on all levels 
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed 
  • Professional phone manner 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS word and excel
  • Capable of business letter writing
  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft office
  • Able to deal with complaints
